Sleeping
Hand squeezes and blinks are few and far between since the third surgery took place. Mom is mostly unresponsive. Please pray that there will be better news to report soon.

I'm a 27-year-old violinist and music teacher. I'm married to an organist who can always make me laugh. I'm a classical musician who not-so-secretly loves Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss. I'm currently getting a master's degree in violin performance.
I have a marginally disturbing obsession with yodeling. I like crafts, avocados, coupons, tart frozen yogurt, and books. I hate Calvinism. I love being a vegetarian. I have a love-hate relationship with running. I grew up in Northern California but have been transplanted to Boston's North Shore where I freelance, teach, and avoid doing the laundry in any way possible.
I have great goals for my life, like my hope of spontaneously losing ten pounds and becoming rich enough to afford a pair of For All Mankind jeans that I would suddenly look fantastic in.
Also, I want to be like Jesus, minus the facial hair.
I've been proudly blogging for
seven years so that no thought of mine, however unimportant or irrelevant, should ever go unpublished.

Today God spoke to me in a way never before, and I took it as a promise. I'll share with you in person another time.
My tears well up, yet my heart is stong because I know we have a God that heals and shows mercy.

Hi Palmers,
Just wanted to jump in and say that I have been praying for all of you. I'm now living below the Yates, so they keep me updated as well as Becky and a million others. We prayed for you in church at the ranch today. I hopew you all know how many people care for you and are praying. I keep running into people everywhere who ask for more recent information or make sure I know what is going on. May Christ's peace overwhelm you,
